These are made of wood and look very old. Im sure Ive seen these in old country restaurants and seem to think they were used on farms, dairy farms or feed stores but that is just a guess. The nearest one measures about 5 inches wide by 3 inches tall, the peg is about 3/4 of an inch thick and sticks up about an 1 1/4" or so.
Maybe Williams - Sonoma, maybe not. Terrible pictures don't get you much, sorry.
Here are some better photo's as you can see one is beveled in toward the top and is slightly smaller.
Actually two of them are different and someone has cut the peg off of one.
