Antique French Porcelain Lamp - Help with identifying hallmark? Any add'l info?

I have this lovely French lamp that I believe to be an antique and I'm trying to find more information about it. I thought perhaps someone on here may know more about the particular hallmark or has seen a similar item.

I believe it's made from porcelain. It kinda looks like a vase.
