Purchased this a few years ago at a church fundraising sale. Very heavy but not when you remove the drawers(lol). The only info that I received was that this was purchased in the 1980s in Indonesia or maybe Thailand.
Dimensions: Approximately 20 inches square at the base and 30 inches H.
I'm assuming that this was made for tourists. It's not very finely made. I've got room to take one more photo if drawer detail is needed. Oh and the decorative element on top is a pineapple.
I've done some internet spelunking but haven't found anything similar yet.
Would love to know if it really is Indonesian. Has anyone seen anything similar to this?
