This bottle is what got me started collecting recently, but has me stumped. The bottom says Federal law forbids sale or re-use of this bottle, R-194 18<>61 4
The front of the bottle is embossed with what looks like a Russian dancer with his arms crossed and his heels raised up and touching together. The back of the bottle is plain and it has a plastic twist top. I have not been able to find anything like this.

Thank you again Riply206! I never thought of contacting the companies. After many hours of searching again last night, I finally found another dancing Russian bottle, only to discover they didn't know what the brand was either.
That's true Riply206, I appreciate all the help & ideas you send my way. I was searching advertising signs for liquor last night without any luck. The closest I've come so far is a vintage Don Cossack bottle, besides the actual bottle w/o a brand.
I have been researching this bottle with no luck so thanks to both of u mine has a 3 where yours is.a 4 any idea on value?
No, I have to figure out what it is first. I'm more interested in figuring out who the maker is.
