Yellow Ware - Sponged Cobalt, 8 1/2 in. dia. - Possibly a Cooling Bowl - 1840-1850

This is my first piece of yellow ware, and I am in love! I learned a lot this week about yellow ware and was lucky enough to buy this piece off of a woman who is an absolute prodigy. This piece came from a private collection somewhere near Hightstown, NJ. Love this piece because it is nice and heavy, feels and looks great and it is nearly flawless. No cracks or chips, a really good starter piece I must say so. Can't wait to see more! lol.
