Found these three tools during the past week or so. I would guess they are all pre 1900, or at least close. But they are all in great shape, maybe even usable.
Pics 1 & 2: "Copeland & Co. Warranted" Moulding Plane. This one has a handle which is nice, not sure of the specific use. The other markings are: P.F.D., No. 47. Does anyone know more about this item? I couldn't find the exact match online.
Pic 3: "A.R. Robertson, Boston Mass." Billboard Tack Hammer. Was able to do some research on this one. The nice long handle was so that the guy could tack posters higher up on a billboard. The handle is 14-16 inches.
Pic 4: "Nicholson U.S.A" Half Round File. The quality of this tool is UNREAL. The scales on it are sharp as the day it was made. The rasps you buy at the stores today don't even come close to this quality. A great tool.
Thanks mikelv and agh
