This helmets design dates from pre-WWII, the shape and the liner are based on the Dutch M34 which were supplied to Romania in 1939.
my Romanian M73 helmet is dated 1976 and also has inspection / acceptance stamps in the liner dated May & June 1976 , has a four point leather chin strap and a slot cut in the rear to attach the helmet to a pack when not in use.
the Romanian AKM Type-1 bayonet has a rubber insulator on the scabbard and doubles as a wire cutter as shown, also shown is a dummy Soviet style F1 Fragmentation grenade, these were used for practice throwing & training.
