Quite heavy & looks to be soft paste porcelain with applied decorations. 4" Tall & the attached plate is 7" in diameter. Note: the cup & saucer are made in one piece & do not come apart. The interior is not stained but looks to have some sort of brown wash? The separate pottery tag has a #118 & I can make out the letter B . It shows no signs of a cover or lid. Any help you can offer as to the age & maker would be appreciated. It is of very fine quality. thank you,,,bob
