I knew at a glance that the lines were just not the German M42. Nice helmet still. Liner good & based on the German make?
I hope you'll show the bayonet in a future post - unique shape and robust construction.
the liner is in poor condition and is a simple leather band with three leather pieces , a different type not the same as a German M42 liner , the shell is also not of high quality steels like the German model.
Great to see military equipment on here. I have a knife similar to your bayonet.
