My Brass metal ( 19th Century ) British Clock. Made by: BRITISH UNITED CLOCK COMPANY. In the shape of a Canon. The Company was around for only 24 years, but made Quality clocks. As for date I think it from around late 1897's ( +/- ). I had posted this before with just the front face and some other clocks in one post. Decided I would expand on it with some more pics. Have some others by the same maker. I believe these are dark horses as collectors do not know that much about them as they were only around for 24 years. They closed business in 1909. So very Early Desk Top clocks. FORGOT to tell you too -- It still works!!! Now that is QUALITY!!
