I should Know and I don't, but I do remember seeing this glass "Paperweight" before.....if this is what it is. It gives me vibes of being Scandinavian glass but I haven't found similar in my ref. books or online. Anyone recognize it? It measures 5 1/8" long by 2 3/4" wide by 1" thick.
