Covered vegetable dish

I'm hoping that those knowledgeable about silver plate can help me with this covered vegetable dish. It is 10.5" w. x 7.75" d. x 4.5" h. It has a detachable twig handle that allows the top of the dish to serve as an extra serving dish. There is not much ornamentation except for the gadrooning on the lid. The only markings are a stamped "2" on the inside top rim of the bottom dish and a "0922" on the bottom, also, of the bottom dish.

I'm hoping that someone can illumine as to the style, age, etc.
