    I found this in a garage clearance a long with many other antiques but this tool caught my eye with it's string binded handle. If anybody knows what it is or any other info, that would help a lot.

      i think its a old leather work tool called a crease

      it would be a GREAT tool for removing some pesky weeds poking up between rocks, curbs or asphalt.
