Unknown Etched Elegant Glass Pattern?

Glassware6226 of 10233Is the Fenton, Duncan & Miller, or Anchor Hocking?  I believe it's 1930s Fenton but would love some input. Thanks!Bowl ,dish,candel holders. Excellent condition,no hips or marks got these from my mother-in-law many years ago .

    I need help identifying this etched water glass. I have spent hours going through my collection of glass ID books without a solution. I am hoping that one of you amazing astute glass experts will recognize the etch and the maker. I want to add to the 7 stems I recently bought. Many thanks for your time!
