I need help identifying this etched water glass. I have spent hours going through my collection of glass ID books without a solution. I am hoping that one of you amazing astute glass experts will recognize the etch and the maker. I want to add to the 7 stems I recently bought. Many thanks for your time!

think I found your stem; appears to be Seneca 1488-3 optic panel with floral & urn etch:
