It looks like you may have a "Willard No. 4" described as being made from Flemish Oak with Cast Gilt Trimmings. Is it weight or spring driven? Apparently most of the "Williard" models were circa 1906. The No. 4 originally retailed for $45.00 or approximately $1,175 in 2014 dollars. Although antique Banjo clocks typically sell for much less than that, an authentic Waterbury Williard in good original condition might do quite well at auction.

I'm not sure that your finial is original to the model but it looks appropriate none-the-less.

Here's some info on "Banjo" Clocks: http://www.collectorsweekly.com/clocks/banjo

      and of course Waterbury: http://www.collectorsweekly.com/clocks/waterbury

      Thanks for sharing.

Here's a Willard No. 4 apparently without the case bottom: http://www.antiqueclockspriceguide.com/pages/clock8223.php

It does have the top finial illustrated in the original Waterbury Catalogs though.

      Here's a No. 5 https://fontainesauction.com/antiques/antique-clocks/waterbury-willard-no-5-banjo-clock/

      Beautiful clocks!
