Please help!
I m Newtimes and I m addicted to bakelite!
When I bought this georgeous chuncky green bangle yesterday I couldnt stop myself from posting it here on CW.
Its really wide! it almost doesnt fit in my jewelry cabinet's drawer.
I havent bought much jewelry in the past months, but I bought another bakelite bangle a few months ago and I also had to show you. Its a green malachite- like spacer thats attached to a gold metal bangle with a chain. Its a bit dark, so I added my other bakelite wannabe malachite bracelet to let you see the beautiful pattern. I have never seen a bakelite spacer beeing attached to a metal bangle like this, so I think its pretty cool. I believe it was made in the fifties.
The last picture shows you the green bakelite bangles and earrings I collected so far.
I promise I wont wait this long anymore to post some of my latest jewelry additions.

Yes, Lio is going to the first grade now! AndTini is in her last year of kindergarden, she turned 5 a few days ago! They are growing so fast...

What a wonderful post, thanks for sharing this! You seam to have a lot of bakelite in your country, hard to find here otherwise I would also be addicted...or it would be rather nice perhaps ;).
