This is a novelty tenpin bowling pin that is labeled as sanctioned for league play under the now defunct ABC and WIBC. What's cool about it is the plastic coating is not the typical white opaque, but rather clear, uncolored. This allows the interior construction to be seen. There is an interesting video on Youtube which shows the construction method of modern wood laminate pins. Search for "How Its Made" and S19E05.
