Approx. 4 inch diameter crimping wheel. Attached to some sort of stand or bracket. There is no company name. It's probably a light metal like aluminum. There is one bolt that holds the wheel to the handle/stand. What the heck is this?
It's an apothecary & or wine cork press.
It is a copy of an original design patented by C.L. Lochman, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, August 27, 1867.
