    This is an interesting table that I inherited from my paternal grandmother. It was in her den for as far back as I can remember. I know that most of their furniture was bought from a wealthy widow starting in the 1920's and they continued to pick up a piece here and there always focusing on quality. I like the table because of the overall look along with the fact that it has the "folding end panels". Not sure of the wood or the exact age but it sure does look good.

      Yes it kinda does to me too. I vaguely remember someone sometime in the past saying it was a small "Federal" something or another. All I know is that it was obtained by family in N.W. Louisiana in the 1920's or 30's. Thanks for taking a peek.
