Blue Murano Glass Pitcher

I got this beautiful blue pitcher at a local antiques place. The color was what drew my attention to it at first. It is such an intense blue! And must have some vaseline glass in it because it has a faint fluorescent glow under UV light.
The sticker on the bottom says "Murano - Made in Italy", it's a red sticker with a golden border and letters.
The surface of the glass has this most unusual texture to it. It's not crackled glass, the markings you see are as though etched on the surface.
Has anyone ever seen one like this before?
