I seem to always get things I know nothing about! ;)
This time it was a rather cute table oil lamp from the turn of the century. What I found most unusual about this one was that it has a glass tip on the burner (whatever it's called); I've never seen that before. It's marked "Pat. Date Dec 19-05" and "R. H. Maple Co. Dayton Ohio", but otherwise, I know nothing about this other than that it's white glass, it's brass with a worn-out gilded cast-iron base, and with some oil and a new wick it works great! :)
