Here's a set of green Noritake Sonata, 6 cups and saucers.
I have the box, the numbers, the name and cannot locate this pattern even on replacements...What's up with that?
I put this set up 2 years ago, brought it back down and STILL can not locate this pattern! I didn't even put the numbers up here before, apologies for that but any way on the box along with Japanese writing it says 9119/2456 ( just added a photo of Japanese writing if anyone knows about this) and the plates and cups say "Sonata". These are bone china...I didn't say that either before.
I believe I was able to narrow it down to 1955 by the hallmark, other than that ??? These plates are probably dessert plates not saucers, there's no ring in the center of the plates.
Going to try and submit it to an online site that might be able to help and but it doesn't look like they communicate with anyone now.
Still wondering!
