      Hi, welcome to Collectors Weekly! I can't see the marks on bottom well enough to say for sure, but my hunch is that this was decorated by the prestigious Atelier Camille Le Tallec of Paris, a firm which decorated Limoges objects for Tiffany. Here's a link to a Wiki page that has some info. on markings, etc. : )

      Yes, I agree, I'd like to see a better pic of the bottom! I think miKKo hit the nail on the head! Lovely box!!
