I recently purchased this salesman sample cooler made by Kay Display and I am looking for some help. I am in search of the two booklets that came with the unit. A reproduction would be just as acceptable as an original one but, the cost of an original would probably be to expensive? I have the full set of bottles but, not the cases that they go in. I have seen several similar bottle holder cases on Ebay and I am sure that I can pick up a cost effective/acceptable case there. (if anyone knows where I can get the miniature bottle carriers please let me know)
I would greatly appreciate it if everyone would help spread the word that I am in search of the two booklets, 1) "A business Builder" & 2) the "1939 Coolers for Coca-Cola"
I hope to someday own one of these...great purchase. One suggestion would be joining the Coca Cola Collectors Club. They have a sizeable mailing list with a wanted section in the newsletter. Some of the guys that post on this site are also serious collectors as well. Good luck and happy searching.
Thank you, I will look into that
I have one that belonged to my grandfather, it is missing the books but has the mini yellow and red wooden crate thateat is holding all 12 tiny bottles.. I found a guy on an auction site that had reproductions of 2 sets of both books but they had sold long ago and I could not get any information on him. He had them mae from his original set.. Have images of the business builder set and I can but was hoping for both original sets
I have a series of 1939 periodicals published by the Coca Cola company entitled “business builders 1939 cooler contest news”. They are pretty cool.
Mamooney11, thank you for the comment, if you ever want to part with them I would be interested.
