Acid etched French cameo glass with translucent enameled violet and light lilac flowers and buds (type?). As with most Cristallerie de Pantin production, the etched components are also gold gilt along the smooth/acid etched borders and the top has a gilt ring around the top. Heavy clear crystal glass with fire smoothed rim and underside concave polished pontil. Based upon the underside mark, which has blocked letter "PANTIN" under which is a stylized "STV" mark and a form/design number "12(38?)," this vase was produced sometime between 1900 and 1910.
    Dimensions: 10”(height) x 5”(width).
    ---------------------------
E.S. Monot founded a glass factory in 1851, which then transferred to Pantin in 1855 (84 rue de Paris). This French glass factory carried a few names over the intervening years, including; "Monot et Cie" and "Monot Père et Fils et Stumpf." In 1889, Monot withdrew from the company and the glassworks transferred to "Stumpf, Touvier Viollet & Cie." It was under this later iteration that the Cristallerie de Pantin came into regional fame and competed with Emile Galle and other French glasshouses in the production of Art Nouveau glass. The Pantin works produced cameo glass under the art direction of Camille Tutré Varreux with the name "De Vez" from 1908 to 1910, and eventually, the company merged with "Legras & Cie" in 1919.

Thanks, Moonstonelover21! My first foray into French art glass. I have been scared off for years now from French art glass due to the high numbers of sophisticated fakes, but after about ~3 years of research and watching, I felt comfortable enough to start up. More to come...
