Thought I'd continue with pink! Actually it's very pinkness forced my hand. This is my first piece of pink Tango Glass, in spite of not caring much for Tango Glass with scenery.
The glass itself is very nice and undamaged. It's a pretty pink by day but in late afternoon, as the light fades, it becomes mauve.
The metal is stamped EPNS but the silver plating has been polished away. It is also stamped A&Co B. The A&Co is for Asprey & Co., a London jeweller founded 1781, but I don't know the significance of the B. I do however have another piece with a lid stamped A&Co F, or possibly P
Household items in Tango Glass are great favourites of mine.
Height to top of rim 12cm.
Height to top of handle 17cm.
Diameter 13cm.

I hve purposely tried not to collect bikkie barrels as we call them down under ... but there are so many that one could specialize ..

Love pink tango glass! This is so cute! And I don't mind a biscuit barrel either - I have one in peloton glass & another in an iridised pale pink & yellow spatter.
