Thank you, PatSea! Yes, the old tiles are appealing. I think that tile setting is becoming a lost art.
Many of the station walls of the New York Subway system have intricate, well executed tile designs.
You must have a nice floor, with the tiles as described. The building itself was from a great architecture…I am sure that it's a real beauty!
