Very old Antique Pieces- Woman with gold flower in hair pin, silver multi-colored rhinestone flower starburst

These pieces both look very old to me. The clasp style on each pin is what I have seen on Victorian and Edwardian era jewelry. The silver flower like star burst was obtained in West Virginia and the other gold tone cameo was picked up in central Pennsylvania. Any help identifying the era or origin of these pieces would be wonderful.
