Found some cool folk art type Cane walking sticks recently. This is my favorite a hand done Grasshopper. Really nice color and detail no idea on the maker or period just wanted to share.

What is the handle made from?
I believe it's wood
Does it sit comfortably in the hand. Because some handles on canes and walking sticks are hard and not comfortable.
