    This has managed to always make me wonder where it could have come from? Who made it? Was it a part of something? It looks to be made of a solid piece of porcelain but I could be mistaken. The fine detail in the drawing always intrigues me. It does have some writing and a red seal but i don't have a clue as to what it means. It would be nice to know though.

      Jim, thanks for your knowledge on this. I would have never guessed anything close to this. I did google "Chinese scroll weights" and now I see the similarity. Again, thanks a bunch.
