Looked this item on-line and found similar nutcrackers on Erzgebirge site. However, could not locate this particular model.
I'm taking a guess here (after looking at Erzgebirge nutcrackers) and would venture as to Russian or German?
Does anyone on CW have some knowledge as to the uniform and rank?
