It was from a rural property near Bendigo, Victoria, Australia.
I have a pair of them. They are very heavy, over 5Kg each. I think that they were mounted on a flat surface, as the holes for screws are not very big, just enough to stop it moving around. It looks like it could hold two boards at inclined angles. The wheel gives an idea of the scale.
Something else to keep me awake. Thanks! Maybe guides for wheels going up a ramp?
im looking at this and know i seen them before but not quite sure where ,but at moment im thinking brackets for shoe shine chair to hold shelf to rest feet on
