I came across this in France. The glass is cream/palest yellow with iridescence. The rim has been cut flat then highly polished. The veining is 'pushed into' the glass rather than sitting on top and is made of blue and white threads applied together. You can see this in picture 4, which also gives the best idea of its colour. This type of veining appears on at least three vases posted on CW as Kralik.
The base has that pitted 'orange peel' look that I've noticed on most of my Kralik Art Nouveau rose bowls. Perhaps that is more to do with iridescence than maker, I don't know. As it is in picture 2 I'd guess Art Nouveau, but then we have the stopper! To my inexperienced eye the stopper looks Art Deco. However if the two did not start life together the stopper is a perfect fit and shows no signs of post-production grinding.
I know know that the stopper is correct, i.e. original to the bottle.
Diameter 7.5cm.
Height to rim 9cm.
Height to top of stopper 14.5cm.
It's gorgeous.
The Czech artists back then made so many things that could be identified as contemporary today. The shape, the trailing, that fantastically shaped and coloured stopper.
