Here you have an amazing vase in pink and green with a most peculiar metal mount.

On pic. 2 you can see two variations of our vase: two different shapes with the same colours and virtually the same mount. The one on the left was sold by a famous German Auction house and it was described as produced by Lötz for Bakalowitz 1902-1903. They pointed out that at the “Kolo Moser, Höchschule für Angewande Kunst” exhibition catalogue (Vienna, 1979), page 61, No. 33A, there is a simmilar vase attributed to Kolo Moser. They also tell us that at a Quittenbaum auction (39 Auktion, No. 534), this vase was attributed to Antoinette Krasnik.

On pic.3, you can see the Lötz vase, Prod. Number 85/5065 from 1903 (23,5 cm. Tall) in two different decorations. This vase is well known to be designed by Antoinette Krasnik. On pic. 4, you can see other two works from Krasnik, that display very thin metal mounts, just like ours.

The colours used in this vase (Verlaufend decor) are typical of Lötz.

The design of the handles is very close to works by Koloman Moser, but also to those by his students Gisela von Falke and Jutta Sika.

On the other hand, TWENTIETHC and LOETZBUDDIES have shared here at CW vases attributed to Karl Goldberg that show a kind of Verlaufend decor very simmilar to ours...
