Pot Ma Bon Jug

So far so good what I have put down today seems to have gone to page. Now this could be all wrong but I heard these were from the 1800's before we sold everything I had something else with the same name on it any clues to what could be correct. I think it is either a milk jug or gravy jug. Any clues
