Two pieces in this decor are included in Loetz Vitrine 85 in the Glasmuseum Passau. The plaque for this vitrine states that the included pieces were designed by various artists for the Austrian exhibit at the Industrial Exhibition in Cologne in 1914. Designers included Hans Bolek, Carl Witzmann, Dagobert Peche, and Josef Hoffmann. The pieces in this decor are on a shelf with rare examples of Chalcedon and Jaspis pieces designed by Josef Hoffmann. Whether Hoffmann also designed these pieces is left ambiguous.

Update: Current research avenues lead me to PN II-2509/4", which makes this an older form that was probably used as a shape for this newer decor. I have determined that the decor is Olympia Ausführung 154. Stay tuned for further information and research findings on Loetz.com

      Chalcedon cousin.

Beautiful! What size is it? I would also say a cousin of Chalcedon, you could have luck with the blueprints of that time. Have you checked the Adlerova book yet?

I don't have the Adlerova book - which one?

It is approximately 9.5 cm tall - somwhere around 12.5-13.0 cm wide. There are a few shapes in the big Loetz Series II book (Lnenickova) that appear to correspond, but I hesitate to use them because this decor does not seem to be listed.
