MINTON

This piece is made by Mintons of England around the 1900s , another rescue from the skip , cost £0. Pattern " moustiel".
Strange as its been stamped twice ?? One with the crown above and one with England beneath ??
There is also what I think is a shop stamp which I cant quite make out looks like oxford street??
It measures roughly 9" across handles x 4" dx 5"h & finished in an off white creamware colour with blue flowery patterns..
any info appreciated :-)
