Vaseline Glass Shade - Straw Opalescent? James Powell?

Probably a couple or more years ago while out picking I bought this glass shade not knowing what it was, just that it looked like it is a handmade piece with great texture. I've kept it with my various lamps and shades, hoping to pair it with a lamp, and just this year I saw some items online listed as Vaseline Glass and some of the patterns reminded me of this piece, and sure enough- - it glows beautifully under black light!! I believe this may be considered "Straw Opalescent"? The base diameter is around 3 to 3-1/2" and it is 5-1/4" in height. I haven't been able to locate a maker's name. Could this have been made by James Powell or Walsh Walsh? I appreciate any help you can give me!
