im guessing south american made possibly central american,..really no idea,..its made of fired clay,..plays well and looks like either a whale with fish features or a fish with whale features,..done by someone with maybe not much knowledge of one or the other o the critters,..but it playes very well,..nice smooth sound . wish i could do more than make noise with it but for 2 bucks at the local thrift shop it was just too odd to pass up,.cant find anything very close to it im hoping someone in here can point me in the rite direction

thanks surfdub virginia and sean,..i truly have no clue,...might be egyptian at that now that i look at it like that,..thrift shops dont have much in the way of authentication hehehh,..cant find a clay flute like it anywhere online,..tried ocarinas and clay flutes hoping to find somethign similar to give me a hint
