This is a memento mori wax seal on a German document written to Judge Edward Zeiss dated May 24, 1845.

The seal impression depicts a winged helmet topped with a tempus fugit (hourglass), Latin for "Time Flees," and a skull and crossbones armorial shield.

I'm not sure what the 1845 German document entails or who Judge Edward Zeiss is, therefore, much research and translation are needed.

The last photo shows the impression in play-doh after casting.
