I have had this item for 40 years. It was hanging in restaurant my parents bought back then. I have never seen another but I have seen similar. Trying to find out anything I can about this wooden sign and maybe a value. it is 3ft long, 2 ft tall, all wood.

    Thank you

Hi Tommy, This is a fake/fantasy item based on a 1918 trolley sign. During the 1970's there was a huge wave of nostalgia in America leading up to the bicentennial. Lots of different retro signs were mass produced, including many Coca-Cola versions. Not a whole lot of value in these as they are not old and authentic. Great for display and to enjoy, especially since you're had it so long.

Thank you Daddy_Nobucks. It must have been just a few years old then when I got it in maybe 1974-1975 ish. It fooled me even back then as the wooden frame looked fairly aged and uneven at the seem on the top front. Thank you for your help.

These wood 3D signs were very popular in the 1970s. They were made as decorative items and not to fool.

If you look on CW, you will find many different styles of these.
