Dimpled trailed clear vase ca. 1910

Could be from anywhere in Czechoslovakia/Bohemia, but similarly trailed tango vases in the website below are labelled "probably production of Vysocina".
Some of my Loebl tango vases have similar trailing ending in tiny teardrops at the feet, but that doesn't say anything, does it?
It is 23.5cm high.
Who knows - I would appreciate any thoughts.
