Wondering what this old table is.
The year it may have been made.
Is there anything missing?
My uncle seems to think there is
supposed to be a glass ashtray on
the leather piece. .?

I've seen some similar to this here that people say are cobblers' benches.

Where do I look on The web to try to find out the age and the value of such an item?

Yeah I did search Cobblers Bench and found a lot. None exactly like mine tho :)
