This vase is so rare that I would not been able to describe it but, I found a very similar one one internet, the same decor, different shape and smaller.
"This unusual art glass vase is in a satin glass finish with mauve background and blue circular designs in an all-over pattern. It is not marked, but is probably Czech. Measures 7-3/4" high." http://tri-stateantiques.com/imagesglass/mauvevase.jpg
It is not enamelled, I tried to catch the details in the pictures, in the first it can be see from the inside with natural back light and in the third a very detailed one with flash. How was the dripping decor done? Has any one of the many experts on Collectors Weekly any idea of who made this type of glass? Sure it was not done in Argentina.

This is not Bohemian - it was most likely made in Israel, ca. 1980s.

Thanks Warren, I will ask my relatives living there if they have seen this type of glass. The base is totally clear.

If you search for Israeli Art Glass on eBay, you will find several similar types, some with labels. Similarly decorated art glass is being made even today by Rueven Art Glass (an American company), but as some of their lines of glass are decorated in Judaica motifs, my guess is that the company (if not the artist's training) has its origins in Israel as well.

-thanks again, yes there are some similar decors, not the shapes, the one I have or the one on sale in the states....The glas has the property of not getting wet, when you wash it dry away alone... has something that reduce the superficial tension....

My understanding of this type of glass is that the blanks were acquired from a variety of widely available commercial sources and decorated in this manner. So the shape alone may not tie it down to a particular decoratoring company.

Yes I almost convinced you are right my uncle post me by mail a picture of a vase she has and is very similar to that on sale in the web.
