    very puzzled by this item, purchased in France, it looks very antique, it is 3 dimensional, the metal is covered by t what appears to be some kind of enamel, and details are etched in brown on the white enamel, the scene depicts a woman saint giving communion to Mary? early christian practice, who is the woman saint, cannot find anything about the eucharist between women.
