First pic is a vase I found at a local swap shop a couple of years ago, stands 9' high by 5 1/2" across the top. Dish is 5" high and 4 3/4" across. Both resemble Indiana glass diamond point, but the bases don't look right on either one, and the vase is too heavy(1/4" thick at the top of the rim). They have me stumped. Any ideas?

the vase looks fairly modern and I don't recognize it. The compote is EAPG by Ripley & Co. in their 'Roanoke' pattern, c.1890.

That was quick! I had figured the vase was newer and I thought maybe irish, but the compote was definitely older than I thought. Thanks!

you're very welcome : ) the compote was easy; I may have a cake stand in that pattern somewhere but not sure; If not I should have : )
