    Found this cleaning out my old barn before it fell down. Approximately 7.5 foot tall. Curious what they used this for. Seems to complicated to us as a ladder to pick apples etc and the third leg stands it to far off to be used for painting. I can go up and down easily but it is not very sturdy. Any ideas?

      just saying what i think it is seen ones similar used for archery but looking at pic again i think the 2 front legs would have to be spread open more for surport

      My thoughts exactly. Goggled archery stands and yes they are all spread wider apart. They definitely are shaped to accept the toe of a shoe. Still believe it is for climbing for some reason. Thanks for your second thoughts.
