I wish I knew more about these dolls. I found them at a flea market in Packwood Washington. The doll on the right is a nut head doll as you can see from her face. I was told that the doll on the left was actually made out of an apple...the head. They are 9" tall.
I'd appreciate any information I could get.

Hi that is what they are . Apple and a Nut head dolls . These are common folk art dolls and have been made this way for a long time and still are being made today . Mostly made in the South . Hard to tell age but by clothes maybe 1970's . There are collectors that love these dolls . More novelty dolls not toys .
