I was wondering the significance of these types of military memorabilia? What war or time period would this be from? Is this considered good condition? I can't find anything about this one in particular. If you know anything about them at all I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!

These were common items in the PX. As for a date...........Congress disestablished the Army Air Force in 1947. Don't ask a value and you won't be disappointed.

      Sure appears pre-'47. Nice collectable.

It is a WW2 era pillow cover. They were very popular souvenir items for soldiers and purchased in various military exchanges (as fhrjr stated).

I believe this one is for Lockbourne Army Airfield which was also known as Columbus Army Airfield. Today it is called Rickenbacker International Airport.

During WW2 the facility had pilot training for the Army Air Corps, so I believe that the "CAFS" would stand for Columbus Air Force School.

These WW2 pillow covers are available in an amazing variant of styles for many bases and locations with no current military connections. They are look at WW2 from the homefront. With some rare exceptions, most WW2 Patriotic pillow covers are available at very low prices.

I collect these as well. Here is a USN one that I have posted on CW:
